Total hours of course: 825 h of theory plus 960 h of practice.

Period 1:

825 h of culinary course in the field of International Gastronomy and Hospitality Management of Cullera;

Theory & Practice (total 305 h)

  • 240 h of Spanish Gastronomy;

  • 40 h of Oenology;

  • 25 h of Course dedicated to Meat, Fish and Poultry Products Science.

Practice (total 520 h):

  • 60 h of Spanish Cuisine;

  • 60 h of French Cuisine;

  • 60 h of Italian Cuisine;

  • 60 h of Central Europe Cuisine;

  • 40 h of North Africa Cuisine;

  • 60 h of Pastry & Sweet Mediterranean Cuisine

  • 60 h of Techniques of Vanguard Culinary and Fusion Cuisine;

  • 120 h of Techniques of Decorating the Plates.

Period 2 (6 months of internship):

  • 960 h of internship in luxury 4 & 5 Stars hotels and resorts in the area of Mediterranean Coast, Canary Islands and Balearic Islands.

  • 40 working hours per week and two days weekend;

  • €300 scholarship per month (the costs for apartment and meals are covered).

Qualification: Diploma in Western-European Cuisine
